How It Works
Once installed, the Columbus unit becomes the main navigation and multimedia hub in your Skoda Rapid. You control the system directly through the 6.5-inch widescreen touchscreen, which gives you access to maps, route guidance, radio, media, and compatible vehicle functions.
At the same time, the rear view camera integrates into the same screen. As soon as you engage reverse gear, the display switches automatically to the live rear camera feed. The high-quality CCD camera then delivers a wide 170° image, helping you see more of the area behind the vehicle.
In addition, the system stores navigation and media data through its integrated hard drive, DVD drive, and SD card support, while voice guidance and turn-by-turn instructions help keep your journey simple and clear.
