Hi, my name’s Jarrod Shelley from Autofidelity and today we’re going to have a quick look at this Porsche Cayman that we’ve just retrofitted with our Integrated CarPlay and Android Auto System.
To activate the system we push and hold the info button on the screen. We then have two methods of operation, 1 is the touchscreen. so we touch the factory screen, allowing us to select different icons in CarPlay. Option 2 is to use the original scroll wheel in the vehicle which allows us to scroll through the different icons. As well as to the home button or Siri button and operate the entire system via voice control.
