Today we are going to have a look at this Porsche 911 that we’ve just retrofitted an Integrated Rear View Camera.
Here we see the camera itself positioned just above the number plate, nice and stealth, barely noticeable from behind the vehicle.
Now, if we jump in the car and put the vehicle into reverse. We will see how the system actually integrated in through the original screen. The system also gives us dynamic guidelines, meaning as we turn the steering wheel the guidelines move to show us which direction the vehicle is heading. And if you can see there on the top right corner of the screen, that’s actually our PDC display which will show us where objects are approaching from front or rear.
