Hi, my name’s Jarrod Shelley and today we are going to have a look at this 2011 Volkswagen Tiguan that we’ve just retrofitted Genuine Volkswagen Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
Here we see the original Volkswagen radio. Now we see the new Volkswagen CarPlay unit. We still have our steering control functionality. We’ve also retrofitted a rear view camera in this vehicle, so as soon as you go into reverse it brings up the camera image into the factory screen.
So it integrates in with the pre-existing system as well as giving as all functionality of CarPlay and Android Auto.
