This integrated rear view camera solution has been very popular for the past few years. This version is compatible with all Mercedes Benz C Class (W204) vehicles which have a colour display in the dash, whether they have the Mercedes COMAND (7 inch display) or Audio system (5.8 inch display), and also vehicles fitted with Becker Map Pilot. For obvious reasons, vehicles without the full colour display require an upgrade to be able to use this solution. The Mercedes Benz Integrated rear view camera retrofit now includes dynamic guidelines which move with the steering position, and Optical display for the front and rear sensors for vehicles that have the Mercedes Benz genuine parking system installed. The video shows all of these features in a 2014 model vehicle. For vehicles fitted with COMAND, there is also an option to have the rear camera system without dynamic guidelines and optical parking sensor display, as well as another option to retrofit the complete camera system using genuine (OEM) Mercedes Benz parts.
